Engineering, Inc., PEI,
provides and /or enhances our customers’ development cycle
of an engineered product, machine or process from concept to production
with an engineered result and on time delivery to reduce our customers'
costs. PEI’s services include engineering, design and drafting
services at our design center, technically skilled individuals
at our customers' facilities and multimedia training tools for
the engineering and production environment.
PEI serves
customers throughout the United States from Chicago, Illinois,
to Atlanta, Georgia to Baltimore, Maryland. Our customers are served
by our Ohio central design office, at our customer’s facility
with PEI on-site staff, as well as a network of affiliated partner
regional offices.
People are key to what PEI does because people are the creative origin
of our effort and people are the ultimate end users of our results.

Product development is to cost-effectively design
a product for the customer. These customers of the engineered result
include: the manufacturing process, the producing company’s

John F. Grote, Owner and
President of PEI, is a hands-on engineer and manager with over
20 years experience of concept through production launch product
design and development experience with successful products which
currently fly on commercial and military aircraft, drive on the
road and operate in industrial plants here in the USA and abroad.
PEI will strive for excellence

God’s grace and honest hard effort.
